What do I have to do to return an item?

When we shipped your order, we sent you a prepaid label to the email provided - you may find this in your spam folder. All you have to do now is pack the return package properly and send it back to us with the label that we sent you. You do not have to enclose anything in the package except for the items.

No, we charge €5.99 for the DHL return label within Germany

Do I need a return form?

If you use our DHL return label, the return form is not necessary. If you use a different return label, please enclose it for the purpose of allocation. You can always find it in your customer account.

Within what period is a return possible?

The return period is 100 days from receipt of the shipment.

How do I get the refund?

After the return has been approved, you will receive the amount in the same way as you paid for the purchase.

What should I do if I have a complaint?

Please always contact our customer service first if there is a reason for a complaint. So we can enter a free return in advance or find other solutions for you.
