The surface is abrasion- and scratch-resistant and, according to the manufacturer, suitable for use with metal utensils. Soft-touch handles ensure comfortable handling. The included lid is made of tempered glass and features a convenient steam vent.

The non-stick coating is PFOA-free and makes both cooking and subsequent cleaning easier.
