Important:
Remove the original insoles from your shoe (some shoes have the insert glued in, but careful removal is usually still possible). Use the "old" sole as a template for cutting (the cutting marks on the back are helpful) your new SoleFoot insoles. You can now comfortably use the SoleFoot insoles!
Tip:
Since it can take some time for your feet to get used to the new insole, we recommend wearing the insoles for only a few hours at first and then increasing the amount of time. Please do not wash or soak the SoleFoot insoles. They can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth.
