Jens T. says: Das erste Shirt was ich mit Löchern geliefert bekomme, auf Nachfrage wie das passiert-keine Antwort. Man tut sich dann auch schwer mit einem Umtausch oder Erstattung. Trotz gesperrtem Zugang, aus welchem Grund auch immer, kann man die id der Bestellnummer nicht einsehen worum man gebeten wird, bis jetzt war ich fast 10 Jahre Kunde. Das hat alles schon mal viel besser geklappt. Bis 12 Uhr bestellt, morgen geliefert, wird regelmäßig 1 Woche, liegt aber wohl eher auch mit an Dhl. Schade.
