The Timberland Solar Wave LT Mid hiking boots are ideal for light hikes. They feature thick lugs and a GreenStride outsole made from 75% renewable materials, including responsibly sourced natural rubber. They are made from durable, eco-friendly ReBOTL fabric, which is made from at least 50% recycled plastic. The shoes offer protection from rain and debris thanks to a fully reinforced tongue and Defender Repellent Systems treatment.

Technologies:
ReBOTL fabric
This fabric is environmentally friendly and is made from textile fiber filaments made from RPET (recycled polyethylene terephthalate), which is derived from recycled, non-biodegradable PET plastic bottles.
This material makes it possible to design products made from 50% recycled PET, almost completely reducing the environmental impact of certain production processes.
GreenStride
Comfort in most shoes is provided by a soft foam material called EVA, which is typically made from petroleum-based components. Timberland has replaced 75% of petroleum with renewable natural materials: sugarcane and rubber from trees.
